Is life better with God?

Life as we know it is hard, we fall, we get back up but then we fall again. The same pain, the same emptiness. What’s to life if we follow the same cycle. Being a regular girl/boy in a regular life is just ordinary. Theres nothing special. Special nowadays is classified as being rich or popular, having wealth and status makes you special. But truly there is something more special than money or status. That is accepting what you were destined to love, which is the Lord, your God! I know this sounds like the most generic thing a Christian can say but it’s the truth. Why say things that isn’t true or is cheap? Why live in a world that enjoys talking about frivolous things , shouldn’t we use our time wisely. For those that are thinking “ You have one life, so enjoy it “ ,yes you have one life. But why are you wasting it on things that don’t matter. Everything we see, hear, smell , touch and feel was created by one person and that person loves us so much, he himself sent his only son Jesus Christ to save us. Why are we valuing materialistic items more then we value our God. Having a relationship with God is beyond greater than anything this world can provide us.

Life is truly fulfilled when you open your heart to God

Can money really satisfy us, or is it only temporary? Theres a saying “ Money can’t buy happiness “, but why is that? If I possess all the money in the world, why can’t I? Happiness is more than a price on a label but it’s a sense of pure joy from the heart. Many wealthy individuals believe that this phase was invented by the poor ,to explain why they can’t afford luxury items. Luxury items are great, they definitely are but what can it do when the world is ending, or you need someone to support you?

In the bible, Jesus helps those that are lame and homeless. ( lame is a term used to explain an individual that is sick or cannot work due to a illness ) Jesus saw that those that really needed him was the poor, the rich didn’t care because they believed that had it all. The poor didn’t have much, but they were grateful for everything they had. They saw that Jesus was the son of God, who possessed the ability to do miracles and spread the spirit of God to all. While the rich saw him as a nuisance, they were more worried that they would lose their authority over the town citizens, in which they would be receiving a lower income. This clearly shows that money blinds people because although is great to have for a short-term use, it’s not for a long term. What’s going to happen after you buy everything, or you die? It doesn’t matter anymore. Money can’t guide you to eternal life, it may seem fun at first but then what’s next?

Can I really have a better life with God on my side?

Whether you’re at your lowest or highest point in life, if you begin to open your heart and devote yourself to him , life will become better.

Everyone in the world is at one point conflicted, it may be because of work, school, personal life, relationships etc. No matter how small or big the issue is, it’s likely that stress and anxiety will build up to the point that, you feel like you’re alone, fighting this problem with no solution. No one is ever fighting alone if you cry out to the Lord. The lord hears and sees all, its only if you let him help you, he will intervene and support you. We all are his children and many of us are astray from him, if it takes baby steps to get closer that’s fine. No one said that you need to rush in, whatever pace you want to do, feel free to do it. But don’t promise anything if you can’t fulfill it. When I mean by this is don’t say I’m going to become a devoted Christian and read my bible every day, but straight after you don’t pick up your bible for months or even think about the Lord. It’s best to not say anything but to show it through your commitment to the lord. Having the Lord by your side, is an incredible feeling, that can’t be explained through words.

Behind the scenes of being a Christian

I’m not going to sugar coat that having God in your life is the best, but it does have some struggles. You would think why would there be struggles if I’m finally able to have a relationship with the lord well it’s because when you first become a born-again Christian, it is the easiest time to fall away from God. First of all, what is a born-again Christian, you ask? It’s when an individual has a spiritual awakening that in this moment, they would surrender themselves wholeheartedly to the Lord and serve him will all their might. At this point of their life, it’s the beginning of problems. Becoming a born-again Christian, you first are described as babies because you begin the cycle of life, although physically you are the same age, but you’re spiritually this is beginning of a new life. In which angers the devil as you escaped from his grasp and now is stronger than ever, he will do whatever he can to turn you away from Jesus. Since you were just born again you don’t have the experience many others do when encountering a problem, in which makes it harder to find a solution.

Many horrible things happen in life because of either it was by God or the devil, God’s plan may cause you to encounter an awful experience to test your loyalty. But he does it because he knows best for you, you may not understand why in the encounter had happened but maybe later you would understand why it was necessary. But sometimes it’s not the lord but the devil, trying to discourage you and making you lose in faith. Never stop loving God and when things began to seem too overwhelming, pray. Prayer is the key for all struggles. The lord makes struggles to test you if you truly follow his teachings and trusting him wholeheartedly , it’s okay to fail the test because by failing you learn. Don’t be ashamed that you failed but embrace it. Life as Christian isn’t as easy as expected, there will be many problems that may push you to your limits but knowing that this shows your loyalty and commitment to the Lord, shows that you truly love him. God doesn’t necessary solve all your problems in a flash but instead he helps direct and support you whenever you need it. He encourages you to rely on him and pray for whatever is needed, for prayer is the solution for all.

Give the lord the chance to fill your heart with the Holy Spirit and see the journey the Lord has planned for you. Every journey is different for different people, so never forget that the lord has authority overall, and he can do everything. In short, yes life is much better with God. The more devoted you are to the Lord the better your life will be, but just know its your own free will if you decide to join him or not. The Lord will always be waiting with open arms for you.
